SeaGel is an optimized blend of equal parts MatrixCarbon and PhosGuard, specially formulated for aquariums that require effective removal of colored organic matter and acids, without adding phosphate.

Composition and Action
MatrixCarbon ensures the removal of organic compounds and substances responsible for water discoloration, while PhosGuard effectively removes phosphates, silicates, toxic metals, and acids. The combination of the two media allows for complementary and balanced action.

Duration of Effectiveness
SeaGel works on average for 3 to 4 months depending on the organic load and phosphate level of the system. A slight rise in temperature and gas release upon initial wetting are normal.
Compatibility and Safety
SeaGel allows for the removal of copper and other toxic metals. Its impact on trace elements is very limited and does not compromise the balance of a well-maintained reef aquarium.
