Red Sea Phosphate Pro Reef Test Refill

The Red Sea Phosphate Pro refill is designed for the Phosphate Pro Reef Test Kit. It allows you to renew the reagents of the advanced colorimetric test with a comparator, intended for the very precise measurement of phosphate levels (PO4) in reef aquariums.

With an accuracy of up to 0.02 ppm, the Phosphate Pro test is particularly suitable for monitoring demanding reef tanks, where phosphate control is essential to limit unwanted algae and preserve the growth and coloration of corals.

When used in conjunction with the Nitrate Pro test, this refill allows for precise adjustment of the NO3 / PO4 ratio when using Red Sea's NO3:PO4-X biological reducer, integrated into the Reef Care Program.

Measurement Principle

The test is based on a colorimetric method with a comparator, ensuring reliable and reproducible readings adapted to the low phosphate concentrations encountered in reef tanks.
