Glamorca RO1 Deionization Filter for osmosis system
The Glamorca RO1 deionization filter is the final purification step in the reverse osmosis process for aquariums. It removes residual anions and cations after passing through the membrane, producing very high-purity water suitable for reef aquariums.
Principle and Efficiency
Thanks to its ion exchange resin system, this filter significantly reduces the TDS of the water, achieving values close to 0, and allows for conductivity as low as 0.1 µS/cm. These parameters ensure optimal conditions for the health of corals and sensitive invertebrates.
Do not use with microbiologically unsafe or unknown quality water. This filter is intended only for aquariums.
Usage and Maintenance
To ensure optimal operation of the osmosis system, it is essential to follow the recommended schedule for operation, maintenance, and filter replacement. A saturated resin quickly loses its effectiveness and compromises the quality of the produced water.
