RAH hydroxide reactor
Increase the Calcium Level in Your Seawater
The RAH (Reactor to Hydroxide) is a device used to supplement seawater with calcium (increase KH). It should be sized and adjusted according to the size of the aquarium and the consumption of your hard corals. The RAH hydroxide reactor functions like a calcium reactor, except instead of using CO2 to dissolve aragonite, osmosis water is used, which due to its very acidic pH, dissolves calcium hydroxide. It requires an osmolator and an osmosis system to operate and needs to be adjusted again during water changes.
