Reefer Skimmer 900 DC Red Sea for Aquarium
The Reefer Skimmer 900 DC from Red Sea is an internal skimmer designed for large volume reef aquariums. It incorporates self-regulating technology to prevent over-skimming and cup overflow while maintaining continuous water oxygenation.
Self-Regulating Technology
The self-regulating function is activated as soon as the moisture of the foam in the neck exceeds the over-skimming threshold set by the user. The intensity of the pump is immediately reduced to prevent over-skimming.
The skimmer then gradually adjusts the pump's power, either increasing or decreasing it, until it returns to the preset setting and achieves optimal skimming stability.
Control and Compatibility
The Reefer Skimmer DC skimmers are exclusively controlled via the ReefRun Dual Controller Red Sea, sold separately.
