The species Astreopora belongs to the family Acroporidae. It is recommended to feed them once a day with prey such as rotifers and artemia of a size of about <0.5cm, for example. Suitable for diligent beginner aquarists. Propagation of Astreopora is possible and manageable. Light: medium, with a spectrum of about 10,000 to 20,000 K. Aggressiveness: medium. Current: medium. Water quality: we recommend a nitrate (NO3-) level between 4 and 10 mg/l. Also, a phosphate (PO4) level between 0.01 and 0.05 mg/l. Of course, Calcium (400-440 mg/l), Magnesium (1250-1350 mg/l), and Kh (7.5 to 9°All) should be at the right levels. In conclusion, Astreopora are relatively easy to maintain if you provide moderate lighting and reasonable water flow, as long as the parameters are correct.
