Sunbeam Series – LED Lamp for Marine Aquarium

The Sunbeam series from Aqua Medic is designed to provide powerful and even lighting for marine aquariums. With its 7-color light spectrum specifically studied for corals, it promotes the symbiosis between zooxanthellae and corals while highlighting the natural colors of the reef.

This LED aquarium light is distinguished by its ultra-flat design and anodized aluminum housing, which ensures passive cooling without a fan. The lighting remains completely silent while guaranteeing excellent thermal dissipation.

Optimized Lighting for Corals

More than 40% of the light radiation is in the 400 – 480 nm range, an essential spectral zone for the symbiosis between corals and their zooxanthellae. This feature allows for healthy coral growth while enhancing their coloration in a reef aquarium.

Precise Lighting Control

Robust and Silent Design

The anodized aluminum housing ensures effective thermal dissipation through passive cooling. This design avoids the use of fans and thus guarantees completely silent operation in the aquarium environment.

The lamp operates with a safety voltage of 20 V via an external transformer, meeting safety requirements for continuous use above an aquarium.
