For freshwater and marine aquariums from 200 to 500 liters, depending on the organic load.

Modular and versatile filtration

The **Comline® Multifilter 3168** is a fast internal mechanical filter, delivered complete with its quick-change cartridge, a **Comline® Pump 2000**, and a **Magnet Holder Silence**. It offers dual intake: surface and bottom, and its flow rate is easily adjustable from 500 to 2,100 l/h. It can be equipped with an **Osmolator® 3155** sensor, which attaches directly to the back of the filter to ensure optimal water level maintenance and automatic evaporation compensation.

Compatibility and options

As a replacement for the standard cartridge (ref. 0800.010), the filter can accommodate:
– the carbon cartridge 0800.030,
– or the rechargeable cartridge 870 / 871, suitable for **activated carbon**, **Quickphos**, **Silphos**, **zeolites**, or **perlon wool**.
Thanks to these options, the Multifilter 3168 adapts equally well to mechanical, chemical, or biological filtration.

Universal internal filter

It can be transformed into a **universal filter** for any type of filtration media: by replacing two parts (supplied as standard), the internal filtration volume reaches 1,200 cm³. It can then accommodate wool, loose activated carbon, or any other media, serving as both a main filter (200 – 500 L) and a supplementary filter for targeted treatment (zeolites, carbon, etc.).

Silence and safety

Integrated **silicone silent blocks** prevent vibration transmission to the aquarium glass. The filter operates on **safety voltage** and has **protection against blockage and dry running**.

Easy maintenance

The **Comline® Multifilter 3168** and the **Comline® Pump 2000** with self-cleaning impeller require only minimal maintenance. A complete cleaning is recommended every two years (or sooner depending on conditions). Disassembly is tool-free, and the robust design ensures handling without risk of breakage.
