Reef LED Strip AquaIllumination Blade Coral Grow

Introduced in 2023, the Blade Coral Grow is a LED fixture designed to provide high power in a very slim format. It incorporates a blend of LEDs specifically designed to maximize the spectral peaks necessary for the photosynthesis of corals.

The Blade Coral Grow can be used alone or combined with other strips from the Blade range to precisely adapt the light output and intensity to the needs of the aquarium.

Light Spectrum

The spectrum is based on a precise balance of blue and white diodes effectively meeting the photosynthetic needs of corals. The Blade Coral Grow delivers light primarily between 400 and 500 nm, a range recognized as particularly effective in reef marine lighting.

The internal configuration is based on clusters. Each length of the strip integrates approximately one cluster per foot, ensuring even light distribution and a natural shimmer.

Composition of diodes per cluster:

12 royal blue diodes.

6 cool white diodes.

6 blue diodes.

EdgeField Optics

The integrated EdgeField technology ensures uniform PAR, consistent color mixing, and wide diffusion throughout the length of the strip.

The EdgeField optics offer a diffusion of about 95 degrees, ensuring even coverage and a natural light output in the aquarium.

Design and Durability

The Blade Coral Grow is designed to operate in the demanding environment of marine aquariums. It complies with the IP66 standard, offering high protection against particles and water.

Cooling is entirely passive thanks to an integrated heat sink, without a fan, ensuring completely silent operation.

Control and Operation

The strip integrates an intelligent control system. Configuration and programming are done via the myAI app on iOS and Android smartphones or tablets.
