The Neptune Systems GRO Macroalgae is a specialized 20W LED lamp designed to grow many common species of macroalgae (including Chaetomorpha) by using a specialized light spectrum that maximizes photosynthesis. The GRO uses all its power to emit light in two specific wavelengths optimized for macroalgae growth (455-460nm and 620-670nm). Its rectangular shape ensures that adequate light is directed where it is needed, thus minimizing the growth of unwanted algae in other areas of your tank.
