This pack includes four ICP-OES TRITON analyses with ultra-high sensitivity, designed for detailed analysis of marine reef aquarium water.
It allows for long-term monitoring of major, minor, and trace elements, with precision suitable for demanding reef systems.
Since May 2023, TRITON labs have undergone a major upgrade.
This development now allows for the systematic measurement and reporting of fluoride, chloride, and salinity for all water samples analyzed, including previously purchased tests.
The sensitivity of the analyses has been increased up to 25 times that of comparable ICP devices using DSOI or SOP configurations.
This performance is documented by the manufacturers of SPECTRO ICP machines and cannot be achieved through a simple update on other existing ICP platforms.
Beyond a classic ICP-OES analysis, TRITON tests provide:
– a clear and understandable presentation of macro and trace elements
– individualized diagnostics through an intelligent dashboard
– detailed immediate explanations in case of detected discrepancies
– structured recommendations to improve aquarium stability

The analysis covers 45 essential elements for evaluating the health of a reef aquarium.
Macro-elements: boron, bromine, calcium, fluoride, chloride, potassium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, strontium.
Nutrient group: phosphorus, phosphate (PO4).
Undesirable metals: aluminum, antimony, arsenic, bismuth, cadmium, cesium, copper, gallium, indium, lanthanum, manganese, mercury, scandium, selenium, silver, tellurium, tin, titanium, tungsten.
Trace elements: barium, beryllium, chromium, cobalt, iodine, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, silicon, vanadium, zinc.
Other parameters: salinity.
1. Create an account on the TRITON Lab portal and validate it via email.
2. Create a virtual aquarium and associate the test barcode.
3. Take a water sample and a backup sample.
4. Send the sample to the lab and view the results online 1 to 3 days after receipt.

The results are accessible through a structured table that immediately highlights discrepancies.
Graphs allow for visualization of each element, tracking trends, and evaluating changes over time.
The data can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.

The pack of four analyses allows for regular and consistent monitoring of the reef aquarium, essential for anticipating drifts and accurately adjusting supplementation.
TRITON methods are based on expertise developed since 2008 and the analysis of hundreds of thousands of water samples worldwide.
The analyses and associated tools are developed and controlled internally to ensure total consistency between measurement, interpretation, and recommendations.

For optimal interpretation, it is recommended to use TRITON ICP analyses as part of regular and consistent monitoring of reef aquarium parameters.
