Tropic Marin Block Zinc is a concentrated solution designed to add zinc, copper, chromium, and gallium to a marine aquarium in case of deficiencies. These trace elements play an essential role in metabolism and actively contribute to the intensification of the colors of corals, particularly through the activation of pocilloporine pigments.
Transition metals such as zinc, copper, and chromium act as major catalysts in coral metabolism. They help reveal brighter and more natural shades. Gallium, also present in seawater, remains a trace element with an as-yet-unknown biological function.
The Tropic Marin Block System uses an indicator element to dose several trace elements consumed in identical proportions. This process ensures precise supplementation even when some elements remain below the detection limits of analytical instruments.
| Zinc (Zn) | 50 mg/l |
| Copper (Cu) | 32 mg/l |
| Chromium (Cr) | 20 mg/l |
| Gallium (Ga) | 0.05 mg/l |
Reliable and precise supply of zinc, copper, chromium, and gallium to correct measured deficiencies in aquariums.
Accounts for elements present in quantities too low to be accurately detected by analytical instruments.
Easy-to-use integrated doser, compatible with manual use or with a dosing pump.
Water and inorganic compounds of zinc, copper, chromium, and gallium.
2 ml per 100 L of aquarium increases the concentrations of:
| Zinc | +1 µg/l |
| Copper | +0.64 µg/l |
| Chromium | +0.4 µg/l |
| Gallium | +0.001 µg/l |
Maximum dosage: 4 ml per 100 L per day.
Storage: keep in a cool, dark place.
It is recommended to regularly check zinc and other trace element concentrations using Tropic Marin ICP analyses.
