Description

The Ocean Queen 160 skimmer from Aqua Medic is designed for sump tanks up to 1,600 L. It combines an Ultra Silent DC Runner pump (24 V DC, approx. 31 W) with a compact and fully detachable skimmer body. Control is managed via an app (iTunes & Google Play) or manually with the included controller, which has a "feeding pause" button and a 0–10 V input for external control. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

The optimized Power Wheel and Foam Rails ensure strong air intake and precise bubble guidance. The Bubble Booster in the base plate channels the foam for maximum efficiency. The water flow is silent due to the adjustable outlet at the bottom of the casing, and the Cup Control protects against overpressure in the cup. A Silencer is included for nearly inaudible operation.
