The DC Protein Skimmer ASF skimmer is equipped with a DC pump offering an adjustable flow rate from 500 to 800 L/h. Its built-in controller makes it easy to adapt the skimmer’s operation to the aquarium’s needs.

The pump uses a titanium mesh rotor to promote the creation of fine microbubbles and the mixing of air and water. An easily accessible on/off button directly on the controller also simplifies maintenance.

A compact and easy-to-install external skimmer

Thanks to its hanging design, the DC Protein Skimmer ASF can be placed directly outside the aquarium. Its mounting bracket accommodates glass thickness or bracing up to 4 cm.

No special priming is required. The water inlet and outlet can be precisely adjusted, while the cup height can also be set to adapt the skimming column.

Reduction of microbubbles in the aquarium

The water outlet of the DC Protein Skimmer includes a black foam insert designed to retain microbubbles before they return to the aquarium. This design helps achieve a more visually discreet operation while maintaining a particularly compact setup.
