One & Only contains only marine nitrifying bacteria selected for their ability to quickly create an optimal biological filter. It does not require refrigeration and there is no risk of overdosing.

Instructions for Use
Shake well before use.
Standard dosage: 30 ml for 100 liters of aquarium water.
