Smart Stir Magnetic Stirrer for Water Testing
The Smart Stir is a magnetic stirrer designed to facilitate and ensure the reliability of water testing in aquariums. During many tests, reagents must be added drop by drop with stirring between each step, which can be time-consuming and imprecise without a homogeneous mix.
The Smart Stir automates this process by ensuring constant and regular stirring of the sample throughout the test.
Precise Automatic Mixing
Simply place the test vial on the base, insert the provided magnetic stirring bar, and press the button. The sample is then continuously mixed during the addition of reagents.
The white base allows for clear visualization of the color change at the exact moment it occurs, improving the accuracy of colorimetric test readings.
Compact and Compatible Design
The Smart Stir is compatible with most standard test vials with a diameter of 27 mm or less. Its compact format allows for use on any testing station without clutter.
Non-slip pads located underneath the device limit vibrations during operation and ensure good stability of the vial.
Rechargeable Power and Safety
The device includes a rechargeable lithium battery, avoiding the use of disposable batteries. Charging is done via the provided USB cable.
An automatic shut-off occurs after five minutes of continuous operation to save energy and prevent any prolonged unintended use.
A low battery indicator signals when a recharge is needed.
