Chaetodon kleinii – Klein's Butterflyfish for fish-only aquariums
Chaetodon kleinii, also known as Klein's Butterflyfish, is a tropical species highly valued for its golden yellow body contrasted by a silver-gray head striped with black. A thin light blue border adorns its anal fins, offering an exceptional aesthetic appearance in a marine tank.
An elegant and active butterflyfish
Native to the coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific, Chaetodon kleinii grows up to 12 cm and thrives both solitarily and in small groups. Its body is elliptical in shape, laterally compressed, allowing it to slip between live rocks in search of food. It is ideal for a fish-only aquarium.
An opportunistic omnivore
This fish is omnivorous, meaning it feeds on both zooplankton and algae as well as soft coral polyps. Therefore, it should be reserved exclusively for aquariums without live corals. It is easy to feed, accepting brine shrimp, mysis, marine pellets, and enriched foods.

J'ai eu un chaetodon kleini pendant des années dans un bac récifal de SPS il n'a jamais picoré ni même mordillé quoi que ce soit par contre il a exterminé les quelques aiptasia que j'avais
