Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus: the white-flanked angelfish for marine aquariums
The Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus, also known as the white-flanked angelfish, is a refined and robust marine aquarium fish belonging to the Pomacanthidae family. Native to the coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific Ocean, this fish is highly appreciated for its bright colors and balanced temperament.
The Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus features a compact body with vivid colors: the face is bright yellow, the flanks are mainly white with a marked black edge, and its fins are beautifully bluish. This specimen measures about 12 to 15 cm when fully grown.
