Description

The chelated fertilizer E15 FerActiv provides all aquarium plants with immediately effective divalent nutritional iron, giving them a superb, very fresh green color.
Signs of deficiency such as yellow, glassy leaves are largely eliminated; new leaves grow again in a rich green.
Iron is of crucial importance for all aquarium plants. It is necessary for the formation of vital chlorophyll. Without chlorophyll, the plant cannot perform any photosynthesis. Iron deficiency is immediately noticeable: young leaves are pale and yellowish (iron chlorosis).

Important note: plants can only assimilate so-called divalent iron. Unfortunately, this is not stable in the aquarium but oxidizes quickly and then turns into ineffective trivalent "brown" iron. Tap water contains almost no iron. This is why aquarium plants depend on a regular supply of iron.

Dosage

Standalone use: 
1 tablet every two weeks for 100 liters of aquarium water.
Use in the Dennerle fertilizer system: 
1 tablet every four weeks for 100 liters of aquarium water.

NK 2+14 fertilizer enriched with iron and manganese, with EDTA complexing agent.
