The E15 FerActiv chelated fertilizer provides all aquarium plants with immediately effective bivalent nutritive iron, giving them a superb, very fresh green color.
Signs of deficiency such as yellow and glassy leaves are greatly eliminated; new leaves grow again in a nourished green.
Iron is of paramount importance for all aquarium plants. It is necessary for the formation of vital chlorophyll. Without chlorophyll, the plant cannot perform any photosynthesis. Iron deficiency is immediately noticeable: young leaves are pale and yellowish (iron chlorosis).

Important note: plants can only assimilate so-called bivalent iron, that is, bivalent. Unfortunately, it is not stable in the aquarium, as it quickly oxidizes and then turns into ineffective "brown" trivalent iron. Tap water contains virtually no iron. This is why aquarium plants are dependent on a regular supply of iron.
