Easyractor 4 L Easy Reefs – Bicyclic Reactor for Rotifer Cultivation

The Easyractor 4 L is a truncated bicylindrical reactor specially designed for the semi-automated production of rotifers using dosing pumps Easyfeeder and a controlled supply of phytoplankton adapted to the application.

It is a complete kit intended for the cultivation of rotifers to feed marine fish and coral larvae.

Using the Easyractor 4 L with Easyroti as a food source allows for a continuous availability of rotifers for soft corals and fish larvae, without relying on live phytoplankton cultures.

The system facilitates the production of rotifers in a simple, intuitive, and controlled manner, ensuring regular and safe feeding for marine organisms.

The production capacity is approximately 0.5 L of daily harvest per cylinder. Under standard usage conditions, this represents up to 600,000 harvestable rotifers per day, with no significant difference in concentration between the use of live phytoplankton and Easy Reefs phytoplankton.

Specifications of the Easyractor 4 L

The Easyractor 4 L is designed to work with Easyroti.

Easyroti is a mix of Easy Reefs microalgae composed of 80% Nannochloropsis and 20% Tetraselmis, presented in a fluid gel with a high concentration of 5 × 10⁹ cells per ml.

Easyroti does not require refrigeration. This feature, combined with its high concentration, makes it a perfectly suitable solution for the Easyractor 4 L.

The packaging format and dosing system protect the product from oxidation and photochemical reactions related to light exposure.

The automated dosing allows for high concentrations of rotifers, reaching up to 900 rotifers per ml under optimal conditions, without requiring constant monitoring.

Fractionated and regular feeding maintains stable water quality, reduces excessive algae consumption, and ensures a continuous food supply for rotifers.

The Easyractor 4 L also helps avoid culture loss during short absences, such as weekends or business trips.
