An LPS coral with a unique "barcode" pattern
The Red Devil Bar Code Favites is a spectacular and rare LPS coral, distinguished by its intense red and fiery orange stripes aligned on a fluorescent green background. Its graphic appearance evokes a living barcode pattern, hence its name.

This Favites is a slow-growing encrusting coral, perfect for covering a flat area or creating a bright contrast on a rock. Its colors are enhanced under blue lighting, and its hypnotic appearance makes it a true collector's piece for demanding reef enthusiasts.
Ideal conditions to bring out its infernal colors
Lighting and water flow
Moderate to strong lighting (120–250 PAR) is recommended to reveal its fluorescent red and green hues. A moderate flow is enough to ensure good tissue health and prevent sediment accumulation in its polyps.

- Nitrates: 2–10 mg/L
- Phosphates: 0.02–0.08 mg/L
