En savoir plus

The cherry barb Puntius titteya, formerly Barbus titteya, is found in the streams and rivers of the Asian plains. Due to its red color, the cherry barb is highly appreciated by aquarists.

An aquarium of 54 liters can be sufficient to keep a few cherry barbs. In this case, it should be kept in water with a pH between 6 and 7.5 at a temperature of 23 to 27°C. Varying its diet is recommended to keep the fish in optimal health!
