The Betta splendens
Also commonly known as the Siamese fighting fish.
The Betta splendens is a very popular fish due to its ease of maintenance, but especially because of its wide range of colors. It has very beautiful fins. The fighting fish has the particularity of making a bubble nest in order to reproduce. It has an aggressive temperament towards other males, and they fight until the weaker one is exhausted or even dead. Embedded in Thai culture, Betta fights were the subject of betting.
A minimum volume of 30 L, with filtration and heating.
Lots of plants, roots, and rocks will constitute an optimal environment for your fish.
In Thailand, the pH of the water is about 6.
Osmosis water or rainwater would be ideal.
Betta splendens short tail (wild form) short fins, generally blue/green/red colors, strong and long pelvic fins.

OHM = Betta splendens overhalfmoon (super half-moon), long fin, hyper-branched, opens to more than 180°.
