JUNGLE SUGAR SAND 25 Kg

Very fine white sand for the bottom of freshwater aquariums, with specially formulated bacterial cultures for inoculation, packaged in a sachet within a separate box.
The bacterial strains are dehydrated and packaged away from light, on a biological mineral substrate. This prevents them from being affected by environmental factors (temperature variations, limited shelf life) as would a liquid product. These bacteria shorten the startup phase and allow the biological maturity to be reached immediately. They decompose organic waste deposited at the bottom, settle in the root space of plants, and thereby promote nutrient absorption by the roots.

Jungle Sugar Sand does not harden the water. It is a pH-neutral product, resistant to CO², with rounded grains. This sand is particularly suitable for cichlids that will sift through the sand searching for food and will create their nests in it. Its whiteness magnificently highlights the colors of discus and other freshwater fish. Jungle Sugar Sand is also ideal for combinations of catfish, freshwater rays, and shrimp.

The amount of bacterial substrate is adapted to the amount of bottom sand in the package.

The bacterial cultures are provided with the 8 kg and 25 kg packages.
