GROTECH Mineral Pro Instant 1000 g – mineral salt without sodium chloride for Balling method

Mineral Pro Instant GROTECH is a mineral salt without sodium chloride intended for basic supply systems in marine aquariums. It helps to compensate for the accumulation of common salt generated by the Balling method and contributes to maintaining a balanced ionic equilibrium in the reef aquarium.

Operating Principle

Sea salt is largely composed of sodium chloride. When using the Balling method, the supply of calcium, carbonates, and magnesium also leads to a progressive increase in sodium chloride in the aquarium.

The addition of Mineral Pro Instant helps to compensate for this accumulation by restoring an ionic balance suited to the biological needs of the marine aquarium.

Main Features

Preparation of the Balling Solution

For the preparation of a basic Balling solution, dissolve 25 g of Mineral Pro Instant in 1000 ml of reverse osmosis water.

The Balling solutions of carbonates, calcium, magnesium, and Mineral Pro Instant must be dosed in equal parts and added separately from each other.

Other Uses

Thanks to its high content of magnesium, minerals, and trace elements, Mineral Pro Instant can also be used for the hardening and mineralization of freshwater, as well as for the remineralization of reverse osmosis water.

Adding a tablespoon of mineral for 10 L of reverse osmosis water helps restore the essential minerals and trace elements to demineralized water.
