Compatibility and Adhesion

For attaching the fragments, the use of an appropriate coral adhesive is recommended depending on the type and size of the coral. The rough surface structure of the Frag Plugs ensures optimal adhesion of the glue and a stable attachment.

The fired ceramic material is neutral in seawater and quickly colonized by coral tissue or red calcareous algae.

Shape and Support

Thanks to their mushroom shape, the Frag Plugs can be placed in a dedicated holder or in light grid plates. This design helps keep the fragments in place and prevents them from being displaced by water flow or fish.
