HI 98501 Checktemp® is a digital thermometer with a stainless steel penetration probe. It provides highly accurate temperature measurements over a wide temperature range.

Checktemp® HI98501 is a digital thermometer with a stainless steel probe ideal for penetration into semi-solid products. It provides highly accurate temperature measurements over a wide temperature range, without concerns of breakage or condensation.

Checktemp® is durable, accurate, and easy to read; the digital display prevents any parallax error (wide viewing angle) and is optimized for a wide range of ambient temperatures. Checktemp® includes the CAL Check™ function of Hanna for consistently precise measurements. Checktemp® automatically performs a check when powered on, informing the user of the sensor's status ("0" if it is functioning correctly, "Err" if something is wrong).

Checktemp® is the ideal tool for checking temperature according to HACCP regulations. Inspections of incoming and outgoing goods are simple and quick, and the probe, made of AISI 316 stainless steel, is fully compliant with regulations for food product inspections.
