LED Fixture Reef AquaIllumination Prime HD Black 55 W

The AI Prime HD Black 55 W is a high-power LED fixture designed for lighting reef aquariums. It incorporates HD technology allowing advanced management of light power and precise spectrum control while maintaining controlled consumption.

Thanks to its performance, the Prime HD achieves a high level of lighting in a compact format, suitable for both modern reef aquariums and more technical installations.

Performance and Light Spectrum

The fixture is equipped with 13 LEDs from well-known manufacturers such as Cree, Osram, and SemiLED. It emits 7 different colors to produce a complete spectrum covering and exceeding the visible spectrum.

A test conducted at a color temperature of 20,000 K indicates a PAR value of approximately 100 µmol, compared to 64 µmol for the previous generation, illustrating the significant improvement in light performance.

The 80° lenses provide a good balance between light diffusion and penetration in the aquarium.

HD Technology and Control

The Prime HD can produce a very high number of spectral combinations to precisely meet the needs of each reef aquarium.

Unlike previous versions, no external controller is needed. The fixture integrates its own control system and can be operated via PC, smartphone, or tablet under iOS or Android using the myAI app.

Usage and Compatibility

This fixture is ideal for equipping a nano reef up to 90 L. It is particularly suitable for cubic aquariums, notably Redsea Reefer models.

Various mounting solutions are available as options, such as the AI Prime Tank Mount, the AI Prime Hanging Wire Kit, or the AI Prime Flex Arm.
