Overview

The Maxspect Jump MJ-SK400 skimmer is a new generation skimmer with an innovative design, distinguishing itself from classic skimmers by its dual intake and dual needle wheel design.

Each water intake is equipped with two needle wheels, one rotating and one static. This patented design produces extremely fine and dense bubbles, significantly improving skimming efficiency.

Integrated Design and Functionality

The design of the MJ-SK400 integrates several elements directly into the skimmer's body, such as the air silencer, a bubble trap system limiting the dispersion of micro-bubbles in the tank, and an integrated water level adjustment dial.

This integrated adjustment allows for precise and simple water level tuning. The skimmer is equipped with a DC pump ensuring almost silent operation.

The MJ-SK400 also features a start-up delay and an overflow sensor that automatically stops the skimmer in case of excessive water level rise.

Maintenance

The design with quick-open and quick-close systems facilitates maintenance, cleaning, and regular servicing of the skimmer.

Low load: up to 1000 liters
Suitable for lightly populated reef aquariums or fish-only aquariums with few fish.
