Microalgae Culture – 10 ml Enrichment Solution for 10 L

This enrichment solution is formulated based on the Guillard F/2 medium, with an equivalent content of trace elements, nitrogen, phosphorus, and vitamins. It is specifically designed for the culture of marine microalgae.

It ensures regular and stable growth of microalgae such as Tetraselmis, Nannochloropsis, or T-ISO under controlled conditions.

Recommended Dosage

Add 1 ml of solution per liter of sterilized seawater.

For a balanced culture, it is recommended to renew about a quarter of the water volume each day.

Quick Instructions

Add the enrichment solution at a rate of 1 ml per liter of sterilized seawater.

Then introduce the microalgae to be cultured.

Mix using an air pump to ensure a homogeneous suspension, then place the culture in a bright environment with a temperature close to 19°C and a light intensity of at least 200 PAR.

Harvest about a quarter of the production each day to maintain an active culture.

Storage and Precautions

Store the enrichment solution in the refrigerator.

Not for use with edible fish. Product intended exclusively for aquariums.
