The Roller Clean 200 is an automatic mechanical filtration device that continuously removes solid particles present in the water column.
It effectively removes debris, food remnants, and organic matter before their degradation, contributing to clearer water and better stability of parameters.
Water arrives by gravity into the Roller Clean 200's receptacle and passes through a filter fleece.
When the fleece becomes clogged, the water level rises until it activates a level sensor. This automatically triggers the motorized drum, which rolls up the dirty part of the fleece and positions a clean section under the water flow.
The cycle repeats automatically until the filter roll is exhausted.
The Roller Clean 200 consists of two distinct elements:
– a fixed receptacle, installed on the edge of the aquarium or technical tank
– a cassette supporting the filter roll, removable to facilitate maintenance
The replacement of the roll is done quickly without complex disassembly.
The Roller Clean 200 can be installed on either the left or right side of the technical tank.
The frequency of fleece rolling is adjustable by the position of the level sensor.
A side window allows a part of the water flow to be diverted to avoid excessive mechanical filtration when the water becomes too low in nutrients.
The controller is equipped with three light indicators:
– Green LED: automatic fleece rolling in progress
– Blue LED: level sensor blocked or activated for too long
– Red LED: motor blocked or overused
The filter fleece is suitable for use in freshwater and marine aquariums.
It removes solid particles responsible for the accumulation of nitrates and phosphates without removing salts or trace elements.
The operation of protein skimmers is not affected by the use of the filter fleece.
Filter roll length: approximately 42 m
Maximum flow rate: 8000 L/h
Dimensions: 29 x 13 x 41 cm
Connection: 32 mm elbows on both sides
Maximum supported glass thickness: 8 mm
Height adjustment possible: approximately 12 cm
Average roll duration: 1.5 to 3 months depending on organic load and settings.
The use of non-original parts will void the warranty. The motor is not waterproof and must be unplugged when replacing the filter roll.
