Cespitularia sp. Blue – Size M
A rare soft coral with a hypnotic blue color
The Cespitularia sp. blue is an exceptional soft coral due to its hue ranging from pearly pale blue to intense electric blue. Still uncommon in aquariums, it is highly sought after for its unique visual effect and its gentle and fluid movement reminiscent of a field of marine flowers in full bloom.
A medium size for an immediate visual impact
In size M, this Cespitularia already offers several well-developed, flexible, and starry branches. It is ideal for creating a bright central or side area in a reef, contrasting with more massive or warm-toned corals.
Easy to maintain for a collector's coral
Despite its delicate appearance, the Cespitularia is relatively simple to maintain in stable water. It anchors firmly on a support and can be carefully propagated to create other colonies in the tank.
Lighting and water flow
Moderate to strong lighting is recommended to fully bring out the blue reflections of its polyps. A gentle to moderate water flow is ideal to encourage the continuous undulation of its fine tissues without damaging them.
