Selco S.Parkle is suitable for very short cycles and remains effective in all culture conditions. It allows for successive reinoculation of rotifer generations up to 50 consecutive cycles.

Breeding Tips
Brachionus rotifers should be bred without the presence of ciliates.
The culture should be placed in darkness, with low aeration consisting of large bubbles, at a temperature between 25 and 28 °C.
Salinity can vary between 22 and 30 g per L.
For optimal growth, rotifers should be fed 4 times a day.
Recommended Dosage
The dosage depends on the concentration of rotifers per milliliter. Always mix the product with water before adding it to the culture.
