Compatibility and Usage
This reagent is exclusively designed to be used with the Milwaukee MW12 photometer. The reagents are ready to use and ensure excellent reproducibility of measurements when used according to the photometer's protocol.
Measurement Principle
The MI512-25 is based on an adaptation of the ascorbic acid method. During the reaction between the phosphate present in the sample and the reagent, a coloration develops. The photometer then measures the intensity of this coloration to accurately determine the phosphate concentration.
