The ultra-sensitive TRITON ICP-OES test provides an in-depth analysis of aquarium water using advanced laboratory technology offering sensitivity up to 25 times greater than conventional ICP devices. This increased precision allows for the rapid identification of imbalances, contaminations, and deficiencies affecting the overall health of the reef.
Since May 2023, TRITON laboratories have undergone a major upgrade. All analyzed samples now automatically include the measurement of fluoride, chloride, and salinity, including for tests purchased before this change.
The new configuration allows for sensitivity up to 25 times greater than other ICP systems using DSOI or SOP configurations. This performance is unique to the SPECTRO ICP equipment used by TRITON and cannot be replicated by a standard hardware upgrade.
The analysis goes well beyond a simple raw measurement. The results are presented clearly and structured, accompanied by an intelligent diagnosis that identifies acute problems and precisely adjusts the maintenance of the aquarium.
Detailed analysis of macro-elements and trace elements.
Detection of undesirable metals at very low concentrations.
Intelligent dashboard with visual alerts.
Clear and personalized instructions to correct imbalances.

After creating a user account, the test barcode is associated with a virtual aquarium. The water sample is then collected and shipped to the laboratory. The results are available online within 1 to 3 days after receipt.
The results can be viewed in the form of tables, graphs, and trend histories. The data is downloadable in PDF or CSV format to facilitate long-term monitoring and continuous optimization of the aquarium.
Developed by passionate aquarists, researchers, chemists, and marine biologists, the TRITON method is based on over 14 years of experience and several hundred thousand analyses conducted. This comprehensive approach ensures reliable, actionable results directly applicable to reef maintenance.
Analysis designed to offer a comprehensive, precise, and actionable view of water quality, suitable for both demanding amateur aquarists and professional installations.
