TUNZE® Turbelle® masterstream ... hidden water circulation


Turbelle® masterstream are pumps intended for the high-performance rotor pump market segment, created mainly for modern zoos, research institutes, treatment clinics, and aquaculture plants. A model has also been developed for enthusiasts of large aquariums who need strong and large water circulation for their reef aquariums. Turbelle® masterstream has been developed to achieve maximum performance with economical energy consumption. Thanks to the PM TUNZE® electronic motor with low safety voltage, the pumps do not operate noisily, even in the highest output mode. At the same time, they consume much less energy than conventional pumps when performing the same task.


Turbelle® Masterstream

The adjustable capacity Turbelle® masterstream pumps are electronically controlled with the Turbelle® controller/multicontroller/SmartController 7000. They are ideal for forced water circulation, wave simulation, and ebb and drain simulations.
12V version for pools
The 6560 model with 12V technology and 60,000 l/h was specially developed for pools and large aquariums.
100% corrosion-resistant
All parts of our pumps are made from technical plastics ASA and POM and enriched with auxiliary plastic PA6.6. PU-coated cables, titanium alloy motor shaft, motor, and electronics flooded with PU material.
No external control
The pump's control device is integrated into the motor to ensure operation at the highest level of efficiency with optimal water cooling, without the need for maintenance. All Turbelle® masterstream pumps require an external power supply or security connector with the correct DC current (battery, solar panel, etc.)
Reliable in case of power failure, Turbelle® masterstream pumps can operate with the 6515.500 security connector on a DC power supply (battery, solar battery) with a capacity of 10 to 24 V. The security connector allows normal operation of the pump using TUNZE® power supply. In the event of a power outage, it automatically switches to the battery or another DC power source.


Energy Saving

The simple calculation of Turbelle® masterstream 6580 parameters (80 m³/h - 420 W) proves that due to optimal water movement in terms of energy consumption per water, costs can be enormously saved:
Tank volume: 60 m³, circulation selected via centrifugal pump (32 m³/h - 2200 W). This means that for operation of 8,760 hours all year round and a price of 0.28 EUR per kilowatt, you can save 4,366 EUR per year.
