TUNZE Turbelle nanostream 6075 ORCA – intelligent rotational flow system for reef aquarium

TUNZE ORCA MK2 is a high-quality rotating unit designed for circulation pumps. Resulting from advanced technological development, it allows for dynamic and controlled movement of the pump in the aquarium in order to replicate water movements similar to natural marine conditions.

The Turbelle nanostream 6075 ORCA is provided as a complete kit, pre-assembled and ready to use, including a rotating unit, pump, support, and control via an app.

Orientation and controlled flow

The rotary unit allows precise control of the pump's rotation and adjustment of the flow based on the angle of rotation. This permits targeted, powerful, or gentle flows depending on the chosen orientation in the aquarium.

Complete plug & play system

The set is delivered as a complete and coordinated system. The rotary unit and pump form a ready-to-use package: unpack, assemble, and use, without complex adjustments.

German manufacturing

The system is manufactured in Germany, at a production facility that includes plastics processing, electronics, polyurethane molding, and final assembly. Many key components, including electronics and cables, are manufactured or assembled locally.

5-year warranty

Designed for durable use in marine environments, the system comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, which also includes wear parts. The cables used come from high-quality cable carriers.

Integrated magnetic encoder

An integrated magnetic sensor accurately measures the position of the pump. This ensures reliable alignment, without offset, jerking, or deviation during movements.

Waterproof electronics and corrosion resistance

The electronics and control system are fully encapsulated in a PU resin. The seals ensure optimal protection against moisture. The unit is protected against water splashes and short-term immersions.

Versatile support

The provided support is compatible with glass aquariums up to 22 mm thick. Installation is tool-free, safe, and flexible.

Precise length adjustment

The carbon fiber fork tube allows for precise height adjustment without tools. This design ensures both mechanical stability and installation flexibility.

Control via application

The TUNZE application allows intuitive control of movement and flow parameters. It is designed as a centralized interface for managing compatible equipment through a single application.

Turbelle nanostream 6075 – high efficiency

The Turbelle nanostream 6075 delivers a flow rate of up to 7,500 L/h with a maximum power consumption of 8 W, which translates to an advertised efficiency of over 937 L/h/W.

Steel axe with added titanium

The shaft is made from a stainless steel alloy with added titanium, specially developed to resist corrosion in saltwater and ensure excellent wear resistance.

High-tech cable

The cable is designed to strongly resist abrasion, seawater, and mechanical impacts. It does not harden in water like a PVC cable and has an intermediate contrasting sheath that facilitates early detection of damage.

New helicoidal technology

The pump incorporates a new helical technology designed to optimize hydraulic efficiency and flow stability.

Silence clamp included

The Silence clamp is included for stable attachment and optimal vibration reduction.
