CocoCarbon Grotech is a very fast and highly effective activated carbon, made from coconut shells. It is packaged immediately after production with the addition of mineral water, ensuring consistent quality and maximum effectiveness in both freshwater and marine aquariums.

CocoCarbon stands out for its particularly rapid and significant adsorption of unwanted substances present in aquarium water. Thanks to its high performance, the amount used can be reduced by approximately 50% compared to conventional activated carbon, while maintaining optimal efficiency.

Made from a renewable raw material, this activated carbon also represents a more environmentally friendly alternative compared to traditional activated carbons generally made from coal.

Recommended Application Method

Use 50 g of CocoCarbon activated carbon for 100 L of aquarium water. The carbon should be completely submerged in the aquarium for 2 to 3 days, then removed. This operation can be repeated every 4 weeks as needed by the tank.

Compatibility and Installation

CocoCarbon can be installed in a filter, sump, or any suitable filtration compartment. It is perfectly suitable for reef marine aquariums as well as freshwater aquariums.
