Latreillia sp is a small marine crab with a surprising appearance, recognizable by its very elongated body and thin, oversized legs. Native to deep sandy and reef areas, this crab is still very rare in marine aquariums, making it a true subject of curiosity for enthusiasts.
A Discreet and Peaceful Behavior
Latreillia sp is a nocturnal and very shy crab, spending most of its time camouflaging itself in the decor, among live rocks or slightly buried in the sandy substrate. Harmless to corals and invertebrates, it mainly feeds on small organic debris, plankton, or even the microfauna present in the aquarium.
