Chromis cyanea – Caribbean Blue Chromis
Chromis cyanea, also known as the Caribbean Blue Chromis, is a reef fish with an intense and luminous blue color. Its elongated and streamlined body immediately catches the light and draws attention in any marine aquarium.
A dynamic species easy to maintain
This fish is lively, peaceful, and highly resilient, making it perfect for both beginner and experienced aquarists. It is ideally kept in a small group to encourage natural behavior. It constantly moves in open water, adding a lively and natural touch to the reef decor.
Behavior and cohabitation
In an aquarium, a group of at least 3 to 5 individuals is recommended to establish a stable hierarchy. The tank should have numerous rocky refuges to allow the fish to isolate themselves if necessary. Very tolerant with other species, it integrates well into marine community tanks.
