A Robust and Easy-to-Maintain Fish
Originating from the tropical reefs of the Indo-Pacific, Neopomacentrus azysron is a resilient, active, and undemanding species. It is particularly recommended for both beginner and experienced aquarists. Its lively behavior makes it a perfect species for visual animation in the tank.
Behavior and Compatibility
This damselfish is generally peaceful, especially if kept in a group of 3 to 5 individuals, where it establishes a hierarchy without excessive aggression. It can be integrated into a community reef with non-territorial fish, corals, and invertebrates without difficulty.
