Deltec Skimmer 1000iz – Silent and Secure Internal Skimmer for Marine Aquariums from 600 to 1000 Liters. DC 2000 S Pump, 700 L/h of air, only 11 W consumption, integrated overflow protection, soundproofed base, and optimized design for stable, efficient, and noiseless skimming.

Consistent and High-Performance Skimming

The Deltec Skimmer 1000iz is equipped with a Deltec DC 2000 S pump in 230 V, ensuring an air injection of 700 liters per hour for energy consumption ranging between 9 & 21 watts. This calibrated power allows the production of a fine and stable foam, ideal for effectively extracting dissolved organic matter in reef aquariums from 600 to 1000 liters.

Integrated Overflow Protection

This model integrates an intelligent overflow safety. It protects the aquarium in case of return pump failure, air hose blockage, or abnormal water accumulation. The system prevents dirty skimmed water from flowing back into the aquarium by redirecting the excess flow to a secure circuit.

Direct Water Level Reading

The water level is visible thanks to a marker engraved on the overflow pipe. The user can precisely adjust the skimmer's operating level according to the sump's water height, between 15 and 25 cm. It is also possible to reverse the position of the regulation pipe for perfect adaptation to each setup.

Optimized Cylindrical Deltec Design

The perfectly cylindrical shape without tapering allows microbubbles to rise linearly to the ascending tube. This design promotes foam stability and limits efficiency loss due to turbulence. The foam is collected in the cup and evacuated via a tube without disassembly.

Ultra Quiet Operation

The skimmer's base is equipped with a hollow anti-vibration chamber. This innovative base significantly reduces noise while ensuring a smooth water output without residual bubbles. The Deltec Skimmer 1000iz thus offers truly silent skimming, suitable for sensitive environments.

Optional Rotating Cleaning

A mechanical cleaning system for the collection cup's neck can be added. By turning the lid, the user cleans the ascending tube, preventing deposit accumulation and maintaining consistent and efficient foam production.

Simplified Assembly and Maintenance

The pump can be disassembled without tools in less than 20 seconds. The skimmer body is also designed for quick disassembly, making cleaning easy even in high-usage technical installations.

Compact and Easy to Integrate

With dimensions of 23.5 cm long, 15.5 cm wide, and 52 cm high, the Deltec 1000iz easily integrates into most sumps. It is designed to operate in a water height between 15 and 25 cm, making it compatible with many standard technical tanks.
