High-Efficiency Deltec DCS 1700 Pump

This model is equipped with a 230-volt Deltec DCS 1700 pump, capable of producing up to 1600 liters of air per hour with an electrical consumption of only 31 watts. This efficiency/consumption ratio is ideal for maintaining optimal water quality in reef tanks with high bio-capacity.

Ergonomic Cylindrical Shape for Optimal Skimming

The reaction chamber of the Deltec 2000ix skimmer features a cylindrical design without constriction. This shape allows for a smooth and linear rise of microbubbles up the riser tube, promoting prolonged air/water contact and maximum protein extraction. The foam is then evacuated through a tube without needing to remove the cup.

Optional Rotating Cleaning System

An optional mechanical cleaning system is available to keep the inside of the riser tube clean. This system, integrated into the cup lid, allows for regular cleaning without disassembly, thereby prolonging skimming efficiency and spacing out manual interventions.

Quick Disassembly and Simplified Maintenance
