Neutral Regulator™ Seachem 50 g – Neutral pH regulator for freshwater aquarium

Neutral Regulator™ Seachem is a pH regulator designed to adjust and stabilize aquarium water to a neutral pH (7.0). It can correct both overly acidic and overly alkaline water, while also softening the water by precipitating calcium and magnesium ions.

Role and Function

Neutral Regulator™ acts as a complete buffer allowing for rapid attainment of a neutral pH. It neutralizes pH variations and limits dangerous fluctuations for sensitive fish.

By precipitating calcium and magnesium, it reduces water hardness, making it more suitable for many tropical freshwater species.

Aquarium Compatibility

This product is particularly suitable for:

• Community freshwater aquariums.
• Fish preferring a neutral pH.
• Tanks requiring quick and controlled pH correction.

It is not intended for marine, reef aquariums, or biotopes requiring an acidic or strongly alkaline pH.

Usage and pH Adjustment

Neutral Regulator™ can be used directly in the aquarium or during the preparation of new water. The product should be dissolved beforehand for an even adjustment.

To lower the pH below 7.0, the joint use of Acid Buffer™ Seachem is possible. To increase the pH above 7.0, Alkaline Buffer™ Seachem can be used.

Precautions for Use

Check the pH after each adjustment. Do not combine simultaneously with acidifying or alkalizing products without monitoring the parameters. For freshwater aquaristics use only.
