Neutral Regulator™ Seachem is a pH regulator formulated to adjust and stabilize aquarium water to a neutral pH (7.0). It effectively corrects overly acidic or overly alkaline waters while contributing to water softening by precipitating calcium and magnesium ions.

Role and Functioning
Neutral Regulator™ acts as a complete buffer, allowing rapid achievement of a neutral pH and limiting sudden fluctuations. It provides chemical stability favorable to fish that are sensitive to pH variations.
The precipitation of calcium and magnesium helps soften the water, making the environment more compatible with many tropical freshwater species.
Aquarium Compatibility
This regulator is suitable for:
- Freshwater community aquariums.
- Species requiring a pH close to neutrality.
- Tanks requiring long-lasting and controlled pH correction.
It is not intended for marine, reef aquariums, or biotopes requiring an acidic or highly alkaline pH.
Use and pH Adjustment
Neutral Regulator™ can be used directly in the aquarium or during the preparation of new water. It is recommended to dissolve the product before adding to ensure even distribution.
For a pH below 7.0, the use of Acid Buffer™ Seachem is possible. For a pH above 7.0, Alkaline Buffer™ Seachem can be used in combination, with regular parameter monitoring.

Usage Precautions
Monitor pH after each addition. Do not mix simultaneously with acidifying or alkalizing products without parameter control. Exclusively reserved for freshwater aquariums.
