In the marine aquarium, large quantities of calcium and magnesium are necessary to maintain chemical and biological stability. Magnesium Pro Instant is a ready-to-use magnesium mix, designed to compensate for consumption related to biological processes and precipitation.

Main Features

Preparation of the Balling Solution

Dissolve 55 g of Magnesium Pro Instant in 1000 ml of osmosis water.

Balling solutions of carbonates, calcium, magnesium, and Mineral Pro Instant must be dosed in equal parts and added separately from each other.

Preparation of the Stock Solution

Dissolve 1000 g of Magnesium Pro Instant in 2000 ml of osmosis water.

This solution contains 58,500 mg/L of magnesium.

Adding 17 ml of stock solution increases the magnesium concentration by approximately 10 mg for 100 L of aquarium water.

Direct Dosing

A measuring spoon of about 9 g results in an increase in magnesium concentration of approximately 10 mg/L for 100 L of water.

If there is a significant need, the amount should be gradually increased over several days. For small quantities, pour directly into the filtration tank in a well-agitated area.

When using Magnesium Pro Instant, the calcium concentration should be checked regularly. The optimal magnesium value is between 1300 and 1350 mg/L.
