Reef LED Strip AquaIllumination Blade Coral Grow 60 W
Launched in 2023, the Blade Coral Grow is a LED strip designed to provide high light output in a very thin casing. It integrates a mix of LEDs that maximize the spectral peaks necessary for the photosynthesis of corals.
The Blade Coral Grow can be used alone or combined with other strips from the Blade range to precisely adapt the intensity and light rendering to the needs of the reef aquarium.
Light Spectrum
A balance of blue and white diodes effectively meets the photosynthetic needs of corals. The Blade Coral Grow delivers output primarily between 400 and 500 nm, a range recognized as particularly effective in marine lighting.
The strip uses a cluster group configuration. Each length integrates about one cluster per foot, ensuring an even distribution of light and natural shimmer.
Composition of diodes per cluster:
12 royal blue diodes
6 cool white diodes
6 blue diodes
EdgeField Optics
EdgeField technology ensures uniform PAR, homogeneous color mixing, and extended diffusion over the entire length of the strip.
The EdgeField optics, designed exclusively for the Blade range, offers a diffusion of approximately 95 degrees while ensuring a homogeneous light mix throughout the length.
Design and Durability
The Blade Coral Grow is designed to operate sustainably in the demanding environment of marine aquariums. It meets the IP66 standard, offering high protection against particles and water.
Cooling is entirely passive thanks to an integrated heat sink, without a fan, ensuring completely silent operation.
Control and Operation
All AI devices integrate an intelligent control system. Configuration and programming are done via the myAI app on smartphones or tablets running iOS and Android.

Installation
For models up to 99.3 cm, a low-profile aquarium mount is included. The mount extends up to 11.43 cm on each side of the strip, allowing for stable installation on the aquarium.
