The JBL SymecPad are filter wool squares specially cut to the exact dimensions of the filtration baskets of CristalProfi e15 and e1901/1902 external filters. Their design prevents fraying and ensures very fine filtration.

They are used as a replacement for a filter sponge in the filtration basket of the external filter.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

Remove the filter sponge from a filtration basket and replace it with a SymecPad square. The square can be rinsed only once with water from the aquarium, then must be replaced to ensure optimal filtration efficiency.
