JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline 16/22 – Inline CO2 Diffuser

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline 16/22 is a direct CO2 diffuser designed to be integrated into the return hose of an external filter. This setup allows for very efficient diffusion of carbon dioxide directly into the flow of filtered water, without any visible elements in the aquarium.

Operating Principle

The diffuser is installed by cutting the outlet hose of the external filter. CO2 is injected through a high-performance membrane, ensuring fine and uniform dissolution of the gas in the water returning to the aquarium.

Thanks to this technology, the diffusion efficiency allows for approximately 20% savings in CO2 compared to conventional systems.

Safety and Control

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline 16/22 includes a bubble counter to precisely visualize and adjust the amount of CO2 injected. An integrated non-return valve prevents any backflow of water into the CO2 system and protects the technical equipment.

Installation

The diffuser is installed directly on the return hose of the external filter. It is suitable for hoses with a diameter of 16/22 mm. The membrane should be moistened before starting for optimal operation.
